Jwala Dutt

Jwala Dutt had the privilege of living with his grandfather, the late Dharmananda, during his childhood. Dharmananda was a remarkable individual who dedicated his life to helping those in need. Despite the risk of infection, he would visit people afflicted with communicable diseases like smallpox and cholera, offering them food, water, and care. This selfless behavior had a profound impact on Jwala Dutt, inspiring him to follow in his grandfather's footsteps. Jwala Dutt went on to make a positive difference in the lives of hundreds of people. He assisted the sick by taking them to hospitals and attending to their needs. He also helped people build their homes, supervising construction and ensuring they had a safe place to live. Additionally, he played a key role in organizing weddings for boys and girls in his community, taking care of all the arrangements. Jwala Dutt also made education a priority, enrolling many children in reputable schools. Throughout his life, Jwala Dutt has been a constant source of support for his neighbors, providing a helping hand during both joyous occasions like marriages and difficult times like bereavement. His compassion, empathy, and kindness have left a lasting impact on those around him.

Dinesh Chandra

Dinesh Chandra grew up in a family that valued helping and supporting others. He witnessed his father's tireless efforts for the benefit of others and saw the generosity of his uncle (chacha) during his childhood. These positive influences strengthened within him and flourished when he had the opportunity to meet one of the greatest yogis of the present era, Paramhans Swami Satyananda. Swami Satyananda transformed countless lives by embodying yoga and sanyas, dedicating his knowledge, resources, and siddhis to the service of others. His life and even his departure from the physical body served as an example to others. Dinesh Chandra was fortunate to have lived in his presence at the ashram. Dinesh Chandra is married to Hansa, who by nature is generous, honest, kind-hearted, and dedicated to supporting the cause of Bhoomaya with commitment and enthusiasm.

Bhuwan Bhaskar

Bhuwan Bhaskar was born into a family of educationists. His grandfather, father, and uncles were all involved in the field of education, which instilled in him the understanding that education is not merely about acquiring and storing information but about using that information to uplift lives. Professionally, he works in the field of journalism but has also experimented with floriculture. He is deeply connected to and committed to these causes.

Krishna N Bhatt

Krishna N. Bhatt was born in a remote area of Uttarakhand. After completing his secondary education there, he moved to Delhi to pursue higher studies. His hard work, curiosity, and perseverance became strong tools in earning a bachelor's degree in medical radiology. He is a noble and helping soul who not only assists and counsels people from his neighborhood but also provides support to those from distant places in Uttarakhand.

Jagseer Singh Sekhon

Jagseer Singh was born in Delhi, quite late after 16 years of his parents' marriage. His nickname, Mangi, means "blessed by God" in Punjabi. His father has been in the transport business and has helped, motivated, and financed more than 100 drivers to become truck and fleet owners. A disciplined and religious Sikh, Jagseer was fortunate to grow up in such a positive environment, which nurtured his desire to help others. Jagseer has been a state-level hockey player and now runs a business in air conditioning.
